Book your wedding date at our partner winery estate and sign the contract by 14 February 2026 to receive a special discount on Event Boutique’s agency fee within this package. The number of available dates is limited – we take on only a select number of weddings each season to ensure full attention to every couple.
Your wedding celebration includes exclusive use of the winery estate’s outdoor and/or indoor ceremony areas. The ceremony set-up is fully taken care of, including the basic structure, layout planning, and preparation of the space.
Catering is provided for up to 80 guests and features a thoughtfully curated wedding menu. The menu includes welcome canapés and beverages upon arrival, a full dinner menu with accompanying beverages, dessert, a cheese and fruit buffet, an open bar during the party, and a beautifully crafted wedding cake.
Professional sound and lighting equipment is provided for both dinner and the party, along with on-site technical support throughout the event, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
A complete set of furniture for the dinner and lounge areas is included and arranged according to your chosen layout. Transportation and assembly of all rented items are fully managed as part of the service.
Your wedding design is brought to life through a tailored visual concept and design project. Floral arrangements for both the ceremony and dinner are included within the agreed scope, along with essential stationery such as a seating chart, table numbers, and place cards. All décor logistics, set-up, and breakdown are handled for you.
Additional services include a professional photographer providing up to eight hours of coverage and a DJ for the party, using the installed sound system. Transportation costs for all included services are covered for distances of up to 40 kilometers in total.
Event Boutique offers a complete turn-key wedding planning experience, including concept development, vendor sourcing and negotiation, budget control and documentation, and the creation of a detailed timeline and layouts. On the wedding day, full coordination is provided by the Event Boutique team to ensure a smooth and unforgettable celebration.
