Event Boutique is a destination-wedding atelier that has produced weddings in Portugal since 2022. We design and produce private celebrations across the country, from Lisbon and Cascais to Sintra, the Algarve and the Douro, and we do it with a small atelier that stays close to every couple. The people on our team carry more than ten years of experience between them, and the team originally comes from Eastern Europe before making Portugal its home.
We take on a limited number of weddings each year, so the work stays personal and the standard stays high. That is only possible with people who care about the detail and who can carry a celebration from the first conversation through to the last dance. We welcome applications even when no role is openly advertised, because the right people are rare and we would rather keep the conversation going than wait for a vacancy.

Event Manager
Full-time · On-site around Cascais and Lisbon, Portugal · €1,000–2,200 per month
Event Boutique is looking for an Event Manager to join our production team in Portugal. You would take destination weddings and private celebrations from brief to the day itself, owning timelines, suppliers, budgets and on-site direction alongside the wider atelier. We produce weddings across Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, the Algarve, Porto, the Douro Valley and Comporta, so the role suits someone who stays composed under production pressure and holds many moving parts at once.
The role involves owning wedding timelines and the run-of-show, coordinating venues and suppliers, managing budgets, and directing set-up and delivery on-site. We look for several years of event or wedding-production experience, strong organisation, fluent English, and warmth working directly with couples and suppliers. Portuguese, French or Russian are a plus. You would be based in or able to work on-site around Cascais and Lisbon.
